She was born in Athens. She initially studied at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Department of French Language and Literature) and then received a master’s degree in marketing and communication from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She speaks fluently English, French and German.

She has received training in ISO quality management systems as well as total quality EFQM in special training programs in France (AFNOR), Belgium (EFQM) and Greece (training in standard management as well as administration).

She is the General Secretary of EUROPEAN BUSINESS ETHICS NETWORK (EBEN GREEK CHAPTER WWW.EBEN.GR ) as well as of ACE (AMBASSADORS CLUB OF EBEN).

Certified Chief Auditor of quality management systems ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 (ISO 9001 and 22000 certified Lead auditor).

She has also participated in a Special Project Team in the preparation of the draft Greek standard entitled “Communication services-providers evaluation criteria” ISO 1435.
