GELINA JOS. KARELLA
She graduated from the Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds an Msc in Marketing and Communication from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
She has attended training programs on management in Greece, France (Association Francaise de Normalisation AFNOR) and Belgium (EFQM). She has also been trained in neuroquality and neurosales as well as Social Responsibility.
Since 2007 she has been providing Consulting Services for the development and improvement of management systems as well as for the development of strategy and the design of Social Responsibility actions. small and medium-sized and large companies and Organizations of the Public and private sector in matters of organization of procedures, implementation of ISO quality systems and total quality systems as well as in social responsibility programs.
She speaks English, French and German.

She worked for many years as a Quality Manager in Olympic Tool Hellas, subsidiary in Greece of the Dassault Aviation Aeronautical Group.

She has been an Evaluator of Public and Private Sector Organizations for the Ministry of Development at the National Quality Awards.
Panteion University
She has collaborated with the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit of Panteion University as a Mentor.
ELOT (HELLENIC ORGANIZATION FOR STANDARDIZATION)
She has collaborated with ELOT (HELLENIC ORGANIZATION FOR STANDARDIZATION) for the creation of the ISO 1435 Management Competence System for Communication Companies.

She is a certified Senior Assessor and Consultant for the international business excellence standard EFQM (Brussels).
ISO Consultant
She is a certified Consultant for ISO quality management systems ISO 9001, ISO 1435, ISO 22000, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION – ISO/TS 10004:2018 and CUSTOMER COMPLAINT HANDLING – ISO 10002:2018.
